'German Cities' adds Cologne and Leipzig to the CiM universe, along with a new campaign consisting of four scenarios. |The maps are well made and the campaign does throw up a few challenges. The cities aren't very different from those in the original game, but CiM fans won't be disappointed.

A nice addon that allows you to improve the transport system of Cologne and Leipzig by a campaign with 4 different scenarios. It is suggested for the fan di " Cities in Motion", it worth to buy it!

Sadly the cities offer no big change. It's nice to have new scenarios and the cities are quite enjoyable tough.

I bought this game today with my blue coins and I have to say I'm very glad I did as this is another excellent map and fans of Cities in Motion will really enjoy this one as there is plenty to do when planning and running your transport network.

The details in the map are excellent as usual so if you are looking to treat yourself to a new map then I would recommend this one as I think you will enjoy it and you won’t get bored either while playing this.

As usual, the detail and accuracy put into the city maps brings a smile to my face. Though the campaign differs from DLC to DLC and map to map, they're all essentially the same. Having passed through the city of Cologne earlier this year, I could recognize a few placements of structures in the map which adds a bit of a nostalgic moment.

I like this expansionpack very much, had a lot of fun with it. Its very disappointing that there are only two campaigns. For what you get it is a lot of money but personally i liked it!

The German Cities expansion for Cities in Motion is a nice touch. Afterall, German cities are reknown for their transportation efficiency. The thing is, it was a little too similar to the other cities in the original game to be worthy of their own expansion pack. And the Leipzig scenarios were too similar to themselves, let alone the other cities' scenarios. The description also mentions that it includes the fan favorite Munich in this bundle...but I didn't see it at all. Hmm. Well, it was a good way to briefly rekindle my interest in this game. Really great concept...just needs to diversify a bit.

This pack isn't really worth the money except for the sake of completeness. The maps are well done and are engaging but the additional missions are nothing new.

You can get more maps (for free) from the the developer's forums and various other websites. If nothing else you should buy the DLC to support the developer, who has made a superb product overall.

It's very nice addon, but the base of Cities In Motion was even better. Strange thing is that there are only 4 scenarios - 2 for each map, because for example in Vienna there were probably 5 situated in different years from 1920 to 2020. They should do something with future addons - lower the price or raise the number of missions!
