Ok, so it is not the best game out there, but its still a game. if you like WWI games you ll like it. if you re an ol' gamer, you should have a look, if you re still breastfeeding, stick to the new stuff, and dont "bury" it . an ok game overall.

This game is a great game,(have used it before on an older computer)

However it simply doesn't work on windows 7 so it's no use buying it if you run that OS.

If you have an older OS such as XP this game can be a great addition to any fan of empire earth style games collection.

Like others I had the problem with my graphics card not being compatible with the game, however, just to try I installed the game on my very simple netbook and to my surprise it worked perfectly. If you have played any of the cossacks games you'll be familiar with the game basics, in fact the cossacks engine is very well suited for a ww1 game since it favours en masse building of units. The game style differs somewhat from the other typical RTS games that where common 5-10 years ago, but once you get used to it it is quite enjoyable. If you want a nice historical game for your netbook or an older computer, and if the price is right, I can most certainly recommend this game!

Is this Cossacks: European Wars or what?

What can I say about this game?

Entente in its basis is a good game that has been developed like a copy of Cossacks European Wars. The only difference is that this game is played in time of WWI.

I tried to play this game on Windows XP, but unfortunately it has a nasty glitch that makes buildings dissapear. Looking on the forums I saw that this is because of the newer graphic cards. No compatibility mode on windows works.

But the game in itself is quite interesting, at least when it runs normally for a few minutes before the buildings dissapear. The pace of the game is quite fast, so if your not a fast player then this game is not for you, because the AI likes to rush you with a few troops before you get ready for it. But this happens perhaps only a few times before you get the hang of it.

Not a bad at all if there werent anoying glitches. Unfortunately there arent any patches for that.

Wow, if you have anything above windows XP, do not buy. Even with XP it lagged and then crashed. The gameplay was terrible anyways. Even if it was free, I wouldn't download it.

This game isnt the best but its still entertaining. Watch out though because it seems to have problems on newer systems.

This game is ok, but not one of my favorites. It is an RTS in the same vein as Age of Empires 2, but is really more similar to the game American Conquest. It's enjoyable if you really take the time to devise a strategy, and you can control thousands of units by the end of a map. I had some problems running it on Vista, but I'm not sure why. If you liked the above mentioned games, you'll probably like it.
