Without a doubt, the gameplay is what shines the most when it comes to Tesla: The Weather Man. The controls felt nice and smooth and I appreciate the way the levels were designed. The obstacles and puzzles that were presented weren't confusing and are designed well. Honestly, I never had any problems with crashes or glitches and I didn't have any control problems. The flow of the game is great, since the level of difficulty and action increases as you get closer to Edison.
The graphics aren't as splendid as everything else in the game. I believe Tesla should have been more detailed and the environments could have looked better as well. Still, I liked seeing the paintbrush art style and I appreciate the direction that was taken. When it comes to the animation, I was let down. Tesla's movement looks more robotic than the DC powered robots that Edison created.
The music is nice and catchy. Truly, I was humming many of the songs throughout my day. I feel like it really fit the mood and style of the game. I enjoyed the music so much that I would love to download the original soundtrack if available.
When it comes down to the morals in the game, I didn't really see any problems. The violence is very minimum and the worst you'll see is an explosion when Tesla dies. Also, the robots shoot bullets, but you won't see any blood or exploding body parts.
Overall, Tesla: The Weather Man surprised me greatly when I played it. I had a big smile on my face throughout the entire game and I enjoyed every single minute of it. Of course, there are a few things that bring the Game Score down but I suggest giving this game a try if you enjoy puzzle games.
