Unmechanical review

This game is beautifully presented. The art-style, sound design, puzzles, and the mechanical world which it brings to life are done superbly well. The gameplay is simple enough and quite enjoyable for the majority of the time. You'll be flying around, upgrading yourself, and solving physics based puzzles. The control is clean, responsive, and intuitive.

This game's one disappointment is how linear it is. There are no side-paths, shortcuts, collectables, or hidden rooms. Of course, many games nowadays are linear and it's for the best, but this game is screaming to have some side content; at the very least some diversions off the beaten path.

Do I recommend it? Yes. It was a very enjoyable game, but the one thing keeping it from my favorites list was that my desire to better explore the beautiful world the developers had crafted went unsatisfied. Unless you can't resist the stellar presentation, I'd say wait for a sale.

A beautiful puzzle adventure in the style of Amanita Design games like Machinarium and Botanicula. The puzzles are not too hard but will give you a few hours of total immersion into an interesting underworld.

Great game so far.

The controls are really easy and I tried it online and found it goes smoother when downloaded.

I am presently stuck somewhere I can no longer move because it sank behind a block and.

I suppose that with updates it will be fix.

But I don't mind starting over because it is so cute and fun to play...

My wife stand behind me a full half hour while I played it.

the indie scene had rapidly been becoming the best source of puzzle games, while bigger developers are busy with epic action games, or fast shooters, or huge RPGs. Unmechanical fits in nicely to this trend.
