Simple but quite fun. The game give me a bit of the same doomsday feeling like the old Xcom Enemy Unknown

Very interesting but hard game. But I love the challenge. Also it is kind of a unique concept and you are able to play it in local coop.

An enjoyable game with simple mechanics.

The vignettes came across as confused and a little meh to me, but the actual gameplay is enjoyable and well worth the price.

It can be hard at times, and requires planning and a bit of luck. The goal is to use randomly assigned mercenary teams to rescue as many people as possible or wipe out all the zombies before nightfall. Each mercenary has a different purpose, and having to use them in random combinations can greatly influence the difficulty.

The graphics are simple but effective, my only complaint is that it can occasionally be difficult to see a lone zombie.

The gamemechanics are quite simple but still funny. You have a goal (e.g. rescue 20 survivors) and a limmited time (since more and more zombies are coming from the mapside). The Graphics are very simple, yet you have a full overview of the citys. Several buildings, yellow blobs are survivors, violett blobs are zombies, green blobs are soldiers etc. You can set up several units befor the map launches to make sure you can achieve your goal. You can setup soldiers, artilleries, demolition charges and more. If you choose the placemant wisely the goal is much easier to achieve.

But be always aware that demolition charges and artillery and some other items may kill even your own units (Soldiers) or survivors.

The mission ends when no more survivors are alive. If you should loose a map you can simply press F9 to continue, even the unitsetup is stored, so you won't have to start all over, but maybe you wish to do so --> no problem. Simply remoce the units and place them elsewhere.

Oh, nearly forgot to mention: Every unit gathers XP and you can upgrade them. The artillery for Example can shoot much faster (or the impact from the shells is much faster), the helicopter (needed to rescue survivors) can set up faster and so on. Some rudimentary RPG elements are given with these options.

The game is all in all quite funny, but i think 10 bucks would be better, well, i for myself decided, that 13 bucks are still okay for me.
