I preordered Crusader Kings 2 and was told that as part of the game I will have for free the DLC Better Looking Mongol Portraits. However today I found that it's not part of the game and I can't find where to download it...

try accessing the CK2 marketplace. Next ask on the ck2 board on the paradox forum.

Problem solved, just had to press reinstall in the CK2 marketplace :D
