problems whit origin

when i tray to instal origin lunch the mensenger i had to be the administreition to run the instalation the game

i tray to remove origin and re instal bot the program need to clouse the program reg.exe

i luked in the cpu bot i cant fainded

please help

try right-clicking and selecting run as administrator

Is your Windows account is the only one on the computer, or your parents have an account and you have?
If the computer has more than 1 account, try to login to the second account and install the game there.
What language do you talk?

Right-click on Mass Effect 3 and select "Open application folder" a Windows Explorer window will open with the downloaded files. Open the "Install" folder here and run the "Setup.exe" in there.

Maybe your windows accout is a guest account? You need admin account to install program
