Redownload the game, the download should get updated regularly. If GamersGate does not have the latest version, then perhaps the developer's homepage www.townsgame.com has it, but I haven't checked that.

GamersGate version is .47b. This is the latest version (released June 5th). Just follow Psyringe's advice and redownload the game.

If your game have patches, you can click on the game. Instead of the download button. on your right you might see download, patches, demos

That's correct for many games. Towns, however, currently doesn't offer patches for download. So for this specific game (and some others), the solution is to download the game again.
