can't activat my key i get already activated on other acount :S

oh god contact support i just did as well because i cant get postal apocolypse weekend to work with postal 2 they havnt messaged back yet. did u click on youre box after u bought it and it show u ur key where it says un activated serial are keys are someting like that thats the only thing i know about them hopefully some one will get with you shortley on here iam waitin for help myself trust me i feel ur pain it suck :(:::

on my game list it says unactivated en then i copy and past but dont work

Where are you trying to activate it? The game needs to be activated on Games For Windows Live.

What exactly is the error message you get? From your description it seems to me that yo might have gotten a duplicate of an already used key, but I'm not sure I understood you correctly.

If I understood you correctly, then you need to contact support, as michaelbosarge said. Only they can supply you with a new key.

Click "Support" on this page, then click "Submit a ticket", then select the department "GamersGate" and click "Next", then fill out the form that appears (some personal data, and a description of the problem), then click on "Submit".

In the process, a support account will be created for you. This is normal. The support site does not use the accounts from the GamersGate shop, it has its own accounts.

no offense but are u not in th usa??? what u just typed it says sounds like french are german i have an idea see if you can chage youre region on th menu maybe thats why the key want work??? u know like setting up certain tings u put it for usa germany england stuff like that i dont have it on pc but that clearly sounds like german lauguage and that would explain it some one uses the key in germany bam !!! that key ten is disabled try to look for settings if it will then if not try this. download it again ten click save original /temporarey files then type in on youre computer search gamers gate are just gamers and it will show temporarey files.thu then go into that snoob around see if u can kick start that biotch are better yet see if u can find the key in a note pad file snoop through the files if u fu$#% anything up delete it from ur pc every peace of info on it then download it again if u keep any info are files it will shift them bac the way u had them i found that out the hard way modding a game but try snooping if all else fails iam going to see if i can find a random serial generator for you brb

You now mentioned that virus warning in two different threads about two different games. You either have a very overzealous antivirus program, or (less likely) a quickly spreading infection on your PC. In any case, it's not related to GamersGate.

As said in the other thread where you mentioned this warning, GamersGate sells the official distribution as delivered by the publisher, so in all likelihood the virus alert is a false positive. I'd simply disable my antivirus (temporarily). You can inquire at the support of your antivirus system, or at the official support for the game, about this virus warning, but I've never heard about a virus in any professional, official distribution.

that is a mistake only this game always when you start instal resident evil i get warning but i ignore it ;-)

I would check on the Official Forums for the game. They might have a fix/patch for the issue. As stated before, it is a false positive from your anti-virus. maybe try to make sure it is up to date as well.

In my experience, 3-7 days, depending on their current workload. According to their Twitter account, half of ther support team is currently ill, so I wouldn't expect a quick answer.
