I need a serial code to start playing the game i have just paid for and down loaded from your site. where is it?? I would like to play this tonight.

Go to http://www.gamersgate.com/account/shelf click on the game, the serial will appear at right corner.

Hi,

Try and go to your game collection here at Gamersgate. Click the game and the serial should be located at the right on your screen. You may have to click a key stating " show Serial" something.

Cheers, when i click on that it says that Gamers gate have not got any and are waiting for some more. I cannot believe this as i have just bought and down loaded the game not to play it. Very poor indeed!!

Yes, it appears they are still waiting on some soulstorm keys. If it makes you feel any better I'm in the same situation :(

to use the code you made a copy and paste or did you write? check the possible errors. It 's also possible that the game is too old and the server does not accept the serial

no. they have just not got the key yet to pass on the us gamers. I wish i had not downloaded this now and got it somewhere else. Weekend wasted!

FWIW I just checked and it appears they have received new activation keys. I would recommend you retry now.

I have just bought the complete collection pack, i am typing in the same key code at the beginning to allow me to use all the armies but it keeps saying incorrect code, is there a different code for that part?
