GamersGate - The website
Unable to get e-mail verified
Have tried serveral times by clicking on the link in the e-mail verification notice and all I recieve is this message: "Your e-mail could not be verified. It is possible that your e-mail address is already verified." To the best of my knowledge, I have not signed up here before. The site will not let me complete my PayPal check out with out this verification. I am trying to purchase the Theatre of War Collection Pack special which is about to run out of time. I have gone through all 104 pages of GameTutor and this specific e-mail verification concern has not been addressed. I have submitted a support ticket, so it may be a several hours before a response it made. Thank you for any help that can be provided.

Until you get this straightened out you can get TOW:Africa here along with some other goodies. It's pay what you want. http://www.indiegala.com/
You probably need to wait for support to look into this issue. This may take 4-5 workdays - currently support is getting much more traffic than usual, due to the summer sale.
Look under "My Account -> Order History" if your order has been registered. Is it currently on status "Pending"? If so, then you don't need to worry about running out of time. Incomplete orders will remain pending for 10+ days until they are auto-canceled. During this period, either you or GamersGate should be able to either complete or cancel the transaction. The price tag in the order (which you can check by clicking on "Details") will not change, no matter if the sale runs out in the meantime.
In short: You may need to wait a bit, but you will be able to get the game for the reduced sale price.
Thank you for the reply. I'll give it a few more days then. Status does say "Pending", but no charges to my account yet.
Yep, they probably won't charge you before you've verified your account, but support needs to look into the verification problem before you can do that.
Btw, have you tried to copy the link from the verification mail, and pasting it into your browser? I don't think it'll work better than just clicking on the link, but it just takes 2 minutes to try it, so it might be worth a shot.
