Serial Number

Despite the order site saying that there is no DRM, when I try to run the game I get an activation dialog asking me for a serial number. The My Games tab for my Account only has a link for the Manual and a Download button but no serial number.

Am I missing something?

I'd suggest sending a mail to support@gamersgate.com in these cases, since they are the only ones able to fix serial numbers.

Yeah Toll, thanks! I did that yesterday and no answer. Looks like I am not the only one with this problem - several other people who bought The Void reported the same issue.

I'll mark this as solved so you get credit, since no one here can probably help me.
