One more question;patch1.2 will work with this version(digital edition)of the game?

In the Gamersgate website, log in, go to "My Games", there to purchased games. Scroll down until you see Necrovision, there you will have the option to download the 1.2 patch for it. (Which will be compatible with GG's version)
